### Installation Steps
|
||
|
||
1. Download the latest `.msi` installer from the [releases page](https://git.kellsupport.com/uto_manager/releases)
|
||
2. Run the installer and follow the on-screen prompts
|
||
3. Launch **UTO Manager** from the Start Menu or desktop shortcut
|
||
4. On first launch, the application will initialize the local database
|
||
|
||

### Access
|

Navigate to the hosted URL provided by your system administrator. No installation required.

||

After the first load, UTO Manager functions as a Progressive Web App (PWA) and can operate offline using locally cached data.

### Installation Steps
|

||
1. Download the `.apk` from the [releases page](https://git.kellsupport.com/uto_manager/releases)
|
||
2. Enable **Install from Unknown Sources** in Android Settings if sideloading
|
||
3. Install the `.apk` and launch **UTO Manager**
|
||
|
||
