## About This Project
|
|
|
|
UTO Manager is a cross-platform C2 application built with **Flutter** targeting Windows x64, Web (WASM/CanvasKit), and Android from a single Dart codebase. The system enforces U.S. Army MTOE doctrinal rules in real time, supporting formations from individual soldier positions up to multi-domain Brigade Combat Teams.
