# Kanban & Gantt Multi-Project View Specification

|
|
## 1. Multi-Level Kanban Board
|
|
|
|
- Columns represent task status: `backlog`, `in_progress`, `review`, `completed`.
|
|
- Horizontal swimlanes group tasks by `namespace_id` or `project_id` (user-toggleable).
|
|
- Dragging a card between columns updates its `status` field, triggering a CRDT state emission across active peers.
|
|
- Column headers display task count and configurable WIP (Work-In-Progress) limit indicators.
|
|
- Cards display: title, priority score badge, due date chip, namespace color indicator, and tag chips.
|
|
|
|
## 2. Interactive Gantt Timeline
|
|
|
|
- Visualizes project milestones, task dependencies, and critical path progression.
|
|
- Supports fractional sub-project rendering, allowing infinite sub-task nesting via fractional index ordering.
|
|
- Task bars are draggable (reschedule) and resizable (change `estimated_duration`).
|
|
- Critical path tasks (zero slack) are highlighted in red.
|
|
- Zoom controls: day / week / month / quarter granularity.
|
|
- Dragging a task bar updates `due_date` and emits a CRDT mutation to all connected peers.
