Kanban & Gantt Multi-Project View Specification

1. Multi-Level Kanban Board

Columns represent task status: backlog, in_progress, review, completed.
Horizontal swimlanes group tasks by namespace_id or project_id (user-toggleable).
Dragging a card between columns updates its status field, triggering a CRDT state emission across active peers.
Column headers display task count and configurable WIP (Work-In-Progress) limit indicators.
Cards display: title, priority score badge, due date chip, namespace color indicator, and tag chips.

Visualizes project milestones, task dependencies, and critical path progression.
Supports fractional sub-project rendering, allowing infinite sub-task nesting via fractional index ordering.
Task bars are draggable (reschedule) and resizable (change estimated_duration).
Critical path tasks (zero slack) are highlighted in red.
Zoom controls: day / week / month / quarter granularity.
Dragging a task bar updates due_date and emits a CRDT mutation to all connected peers.
